Sun-Dried Tomatoes: Raw Organic - Light Cellar

Story:

 In folklore, tomatoes are considered a powerful aphrodisiac and in French, translate to 'apple of love'. Sun-dried tomatoes were traditionally salted as they dried in the sun to prevent spoilage- the same process is still frequently used today by producers. Sun-dried tomatoes are briefly dried in dehydrators before being placed in the sun for several days to complete the process. 

Add to salad dressings, sauces, soups, or pesto or use as a topping on pizza or in hummus.
