Tiger Nuts - Raw - Organic - Spain 

Tiger nuts have a sweet and slightly nutty flavour. They are known throughout the world by different names, including nookon or chufa. A tigernut by any name, however, is a little tuber. 

Instructions: Can be eaten straight out of the bag or soaked in water to soften, enhance flavour, and remove phytic acid that can inhibit nutrient uptake.
