Coconut oil is extracted from the meat of mature, fresh coconuts. Virgin coconut oil is made from the first pressing of fresh coconuts and without the addition of any chemicals. This pure-white creamy oil has not been bleached, hydrogenated, or deodorized ensuring a nutrient-rich, full-fat oil. 

Well suited for frying and baking. Coconut oil generally acquires a stronger coconut flavour as it is exposed to more heat, but virgin, unrefined coconut oil has a very mild flavour and scent making it a versatile oil for many purposes from cooking to skin care.
