My name is Amy and I am currently a student of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I have a background in functional medicine, holistic nutrition and fitness. My roles at the light cellar are at the elixir bar and on the floor as a wellness guide! I bring compassion and curiosity to my roles at the light cellar and lean on my past and current studies to help the community that comes into the shop in any way I can!
