Our cacao butter is pressed from single-origin, heirloom Arriba Criollo cacao beans harvested in Ecuador. It is extracted using a low temperature extraction press to maintain nutrient integrity and processed without solvents or deodorization so you can enjoy and benefit from the rich, chocolatey aroma of this beautifying and exquisite fat.
Cacao butter magically melts at body temperature and it this property that gives chocolate its luxurious mouth-feel.
