Baobab Powder

Baobab Powder - Adansonia digitata - Raw - Organic - Senegal 

The Baobab tree is considered the African ‘Tree of Life’. It takes many years to fruit and most of the harvest comes from trees that have been standing for one hundred years or more. This dried fruit powder has a bright, tangy, citrusy flavour.

Instructions: Add 1Tbsp in water and sipped throughout the day or 1Tsp-2 Tbsp to smoothies, juices, or elixirs. Also tasty in vegan or dairy ice creams, yogurts, and sprinkled on fruit to add a bright flavour note. Use to make a baobab lemonade.
