Long revered for its medicinal and decorative properties, Blue Butterfly Pea Flower has a vivid blue colour that dramatically transforms into purple with the addition of lemon or other acids. It is often used as an iced tea with lemon, or used as a natural blue food dye. 

Directions: Steep 1/4 tsp in warmed water to enjoy as a tea, in an elixir, smoothie etc. or chill for an iced tea. Enjoy adding lemon or lime to transform from blue to purple.
