A true gift from the forest. This small-batch syrup brings together wild-harvested Chaga from birch and Reishi from basswood — two of the most revered tonic mushrooms in herbal tradition — slowly extracted and aged in locally produced rum, then sweetened with the liquid gold of maple syrup.

Chaga is prized for its dense concentration of antioxidants and its long history of use as a deeply nourishing adaptogenic food. Reishi, known in TCM as the "Mushroom of Immortality," is traditionally associated with Qi, Jing, and Shen — supporting calm, vitality, and longevity. Together, aged in rum and carried in maple, they make for a truly exceptional forest elixir.
