In Sanskrit, the language of ancient India, the coconut palm is known as "the tree that supplies all that is needed to live." Coconut has provided food, water, oil, clothing and shelter for thousands of years. Close to 1/3 of the world’s population relies on this tree for food and livelihood. Highly nutritive, coconut flakes are made using only full fat mature coconuts that are naturally dried.
