Turkey Tail Pieces: Wild Harvested - Light Cellar

Turkey Tail, aka Coriolus or Trametes Versicolor,  takes centre stage as one of the most well-studied mushrooms in the world. See reference books, like The Fungal Pharmacy for studies and clinical trials on this remarkable fungi. 

Use a few small pieces or roughly 1-2 Tbsp of dried mushrooms in 1L of water and brew into a strong tea or decoction. Strain and consume tea. Or add to soups, stocks and strain out before using the broth.
