Cramp Bark: Raw, Organic- The Light Cellar

Story:

A member of the honeysuckle family, cramp bark bears large white flowers, up to 12cm across that yield red berries in the fall. Used as a meditation aid to let go of stress and tension and help reach a higher state. 

Decoction: Add 2-3 tsp per cup water. Boil 2-3 min. Simmer 15 min or longer. Strain. Drink up to 3 times daily.
