Story:

The dandelion is associated with growth and transformation. Traditionally used to support the healthy functioning of the liver, kidneys, spleen and gallbladder. Considered to be a reliable detoxifying agent, boosting the digestive and urinary systems. It is also used to calm the nerves and purify the blood, helping to lower cholesterol. 

Tea decoction: Add 1/2-1 tsp to 1 cup boiling water. Boil 5-10 min. Strain.
