One of our favourite winter allies with a little extra spice.
Used for centuries as a medicine, the elder plant has often been referred to as "the medicine chest of the common people". Elderberry syrup is a delicious preparation that both adults and children can use and enjoy. Ginger is known to help burn off what ails us.
Use: 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp straight or add to water/tea throughout the day. Refrigerate after opening.
Ingredients: Filtered revitalized water, honey, alcohol, elderberry, ginger.
