**When shipping Ferments in the winter months, we have noticed freezing temperatures have caused shattering of the jars. Please be aware of this when choosing to ship in winter. If in Calgary, we suggest using our Local delivery or pick-up options to avoid freezing the product!

Made from scratch, in-house, traditionally fermented for 8 weeks to include beneficial gut-friendly bacteria. 

Use: Eat as is, add to your favourite dish, or charcuterie board. 

Ingredients: Local Alberta beets, salt brine (filtered water, Himalayan salt).

Note: Keep refrigerated. Please note, the appearance of white kahm is a natural process in healthy ferments and is safe to consume.
