Made In-House | 500ml & 1L

Made from scratch, in-house, traditionally fermented for 8 weeks to include beneficial gut-friendly bacteria. 

Use: Eat as is, add to your favourite dish, or charcuterie board. 

Ingredients: Local Alberta beets, salt brine (filtered water, Himalayan salt).

Note: Keep refrigerated. Please note, the appearance of white kahm is a natural process in healthy ferments and is safe to consume. Ensure vegetables stay submerged in the brine for optimal freshness – if it's below the brine, it's fine.
