Nutty and sweet in flavour, sticky figs are chewy and seedy in texture. Dried figs have a thick, wrinkled outer skin, and a luscious, dense interior packed with jam-y goodness and tiny, crunchy seeds (similar in texture to raspberries). Dried figs are ideal for snacking, baking, and cooking. 

Use: Add dried figs to your pre-workout granola mixes or trail mixes for that surge of energy before and after physical and/or athletic activities.
