He Shou Wu Pieces: Raw Organic - Light Cellar

Story:

He Shou Wu, also known as Fo ti or ‘Mountain Spirit’, is a highly revered Chinese longevity herb with many legends purporting its ability to maintain the qualities of youthfulness and strength. He Shou Wu directly translates to “Mr. He’s black hair” and speaks to one of the uses of this herb. It has a distinct sweet and slightly bitter taste, and is traditionally offered in its ‘prepared’ form where the root has first been cooked with black beans or black soybeans and then dried.

Instructions:

PIECES Tea decoction: Add 4-6 med pieces or 3-5 Tbsp per L water. Boil 3-5 min. Simmer 20 min or longer. Brew with reishi, goji, or cinnamon. Re-brew 2-3 times.
