This blend contains all 3 types of holy basil – Rama, Krishna and Vana. Commonly known as Tulsi, meaning 'beyond compare' in Sanskrit, this herb belongs to the mint family and has been honoured for thousands of years in India as one of its most sacred and useful plants. Its fresh leaves have the aromas of liquorice, mint, clove and even lemon.

Use: Steep for 5-10 minutes in a covered pot. Avoid over-steeping to preserve the high volatile oil content. Do not consume if taking blood thinners. Diabetics using insulin may need to consult with their health practitioner about adjusting insulin levels.
