There is an abundance of edible and medicinal plants growing all around us—many of which most people walk past every day without ever noticing.
This introductory plant walk is designed to help you begin building the foundational skills, awareness, and confidence needed to start responsibly foraging your own food and medicine.
Join Malcolm Saunders for a guided walk through a variety of urban ecosystems as we explore the practical foundations of wild foraging, plant identification, ethical harvesting, and reconnecting with the natural world around us.
Whether you’re completely new to foraging or simply curious about the plants growing in your own neighbourhood, this experience is designed to open the door to a lifelong journey of learning, connection, and discovery.
