Lemon Balm tea is a gentle but effective herbal remedy to help ease nervous tension, anxiety, restlessness, insomnia and headaches. Perfect as part of a calming bedtime routine for the whole family.
Traditionally grown and handpicked on Mount Olympus. Citrusy flavour with hints of mint.
Use 1 tablespoon of dried herb per cup of water. Pour near boiling water over herbs and steep, covered for 5-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
