Lemon Herb Mussels are seasoned with aromatic thyme and lemon, and they are an excellent source of protein, iron and vitamin B-12. Our mussels are from the waters of Galicia, Spain; Sagres, Portugal, and Chiloe, Chile, where they’re grown on long underwater ropes—their clustered shells providing a protective shelter for young fish and other marine life. Mussels filter the water as they feed on wild microplankton, which could help improve water quality. 

Use: Eat straight from the can, or with crusty bread and crackers. You can also add it into pasta, toss it with salad or use in your favourite mussel recipes
