With its naturally sweet flavour and notes of maple, mango and banana, lucuma adds a rich, caramel-like sweetness to smoothies, elixirs, chocolate creations and baking.

Beyond its delicious flavour, lucuma powder is high in dietary fibre, minerals (iron, calcium, potassium and phosphorus), and naturally occurring antioxidant compounds, along with vitamin C.
