Ingredients

• Organic unrefined jojoba oil 
• Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride flakes
• Grassfed and grassfinished suet tallow
• Distilled water
• Golden yellow Alberta beeswax 

How to Use it

Gently massage into your legs or armpits for best absorption.  Target sore muscles to lower inflammation and encourage healing. For littles, massage into feet. An ultra-soothing bedtime routine to promote deep, restorative sleep. 

This is a brine, so do not apply to broken skin (it will sting). If you experience a tingling or itching, this generally means you're slightly deficient in magnesium so get your levels up!
