Story:

Native to southeast Asia and India where they have been cultivated for thousands of years, legend has it the Buddha meditated under a mango tree. They are seen as symbols of life and happiness. Mango cheeks are sliced from the rounded sides of the fruit and are deliciously soft, chewy and sweet.

Instructions:

Eat as a snack or add to trail mix, granola, salsa, pilaf or chutney.
