This traditional sweet treat is made by heating and stirring maple syrup to further concentrate the sugars until it is dried to a powder. It has a delicate, yet deeply flavourful sweetness. Indigenous peoples in northeastern parts of North America were the first to produce maple syrup products.

How to Use

Sprinkle Maple Sugar on porridge, desserts, or chocolates, or add a crunchy sweetness to a pie crust. Delicious in homemade chocolates.
