Milk Thistle Tincture - Silybum marianum - 60ml
A member of the sunflower or Asteraceae family, along with the common daisy, lettuce and artichoke. Milk thistle gets its name from the milky white sap that is secreted from its leaves. In the middle ages, the entire plant was used as a food source, although today it is considered an invasive weed in many parts and only the seed is commercially harvested.
Dosage: Take 1-2 droppers daily or as needed
