Nutritionally, Nori is high in iodine, calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamins C and A, protein, Vitamins B, fibre, alpha-linolenic acid, EPA, and so much more. 

Use to make sushi, make into a paste for sauces, add to soups, stirfries, and seafood dishes for a salty flavour.
