Nutritional Yeast: Raw Organic - Light Cellar
Nutritional yeast, made typically from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, is the same type of yeast used to bake bread and brew beer, except that is specifically grown as a food product and during its processing the yeast is destroyed leaving behind a nutrient-rich seasoning. It has a cheesy, creamy, nutty flavour commonly used as a vegan cheese flavour substitute.
Add 1-3 Tbsp to salads, soups, dressings, sauces, eggs, gravies, pizza & popcorn.
Inactive dry yeast, niacin, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, vitamin B12
