Oatstraw: Raw, Organic - Light Cellar

Story:

Used in folklore to soothe, calm and nourish the nervous system and to enhance brainpower. Concentrated source of silica to help skin, hair, nails and bones.

Instructions:

Tea infusion: Add 1-3 tsp to 1 cup boiling water. Steep 10-15 min. Strain. May combine with chamomile or horsetail. Make a tincture or add to your bath.
