Red Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba), a cherished herb in Traditional Chinese Medicine, has been cultivated in China for over 4,000 years. With a mildly sweet, bright flavour reminiscent of dried apples, it is traditionally used to support Qi and Shen energies and is often combined with other herbs in formulations. Folklore celebrates its nourishing properties, with sayings like “Three dates a day keeps wrinkles away.”
Use: Take 1 - 2 dropperfuls, two to three times per day.
