Rehmannia root (Rehmannia glutinosa), also known as Sheng Di Huang, is one of the 50 fundamental herbs in Traditional Chinese Medicine, valued for thousands of years for its balancing and nourishing properties. Traditionally considered energetically warming and supportive of yin, this tincture is a gentle ally for overall wellness and vitality.

Use: Take 6–12 drops in water or juice, or under the tongue, up to 3 times daily.
