Known as the "mushroom of immortality", it can offer benefits like boosting immunity, reducing stress (adaptogenic effects), fighting inflammation, improving sleep, and supporting heart and liver health. 

Extract Ratio: 15:1 dual alcohol and steam extraction.

Instructions: Add 1/4-1/2 tsp to teas, elixirs, smoothies and savoury dishes. Store in a cool, dry place.

Use: Blend into elixirs, coffee, tea, smoothies, tonics, baking, savoury dishes.
