Story:

Rhodiola has an earthy rose-like aroma and are pink in colour. It is native to the circumpolar north and where it has a long history of medicinal use - Vikings used Rhodiola for endurance and stamina and the Russians gave this herb to cosmonauts and athletes for reducing fatigue and stress.

Instructions:

Decoction: 1 tsp per cup of boiling water. Simmer 10-30 min. Can be re-brewed or used to make a tincture.
