Highest plant concentration of inulin, a prebiotic to feed the probiotics aiding digestion and nutrient assimilation. Has a long history of providing support for liver and blood problems.
Add 1/2-1 Tbsp per 1 cup boiling water. Steep 7-10 min. Can be brewed with other herbs for tea.
