This relative of the dandelion has been used for generations as a caffiene free replacement for coffee. High in vitamin C, a known anti oxidant, immune supporter and collagen builder. Highest plant concentration of inulin, a prebiotic to feed the probiotics aiding digestion and nutrient assimilation. Has a long history of providing support for liver and blood problems. 

Add 1/2-1 Tbsp per 1 cup boiling water. Steep 7-10 min. Can be brewed with other herbs for tea.
