Roasted Dandelion Root: Micro-batch Hand-harvested- The Light Cellar
This micro-batch, hand-harvested dandelion root is prepared and roasted on a small homestead in BC called Hourglass Small Farm. A herbal powerhouse in many cultures, from traditional Chinese medicine to ayurvedic medicine to first nations peoples, many of whom praised it for its liver and digestive actions.
Tea decoction: Add 1/2-1 tsp to 1 cup boiling water. Boil 5-10 min. Strain. Can also be ground to a powder, or simply eat the roasted root pieces right out of the bag, it makes an incredible snack.
