Apothiki Sage Hydrosol

Our apothiki sage was distilled in a traditional Portuguese alembic copper distiller to create a beautiful, highly aromatic sage hydrosol.

Sage is a powerful herb used by many cultures for both health benefits and spiritual purposes.

Uses:

• Use topically as a balancing, astringent toner for face or scalp-ideal for combination skin
  
• Spritz liberally as a grounding, yet uplifting aromatherapy spray-ideal for focus and grounding before yoga, meditation or creative work
  
• Spritz liberally to symbolically cleanse the energy in your physical space
  
• Use topically as a cooling spray to relieve hot flashes
  
• Sip 1-2 tsp, or add to warm water to help ease symptoms of PMS like bloating and water retention
  
• Add to craft cocktails as a unique and intense flavour component
