Sage Hydrosol - apothiki - Local delivery/pick-up only

**When Shipping Hydrosols in the winter months, we have noticed freezing temperatures have caused shattering of the bottles. Please be aware of this when choosing to ship in winter. If in Calgary, we suggest using our Local delivery or pick-up options to avoid freezing the product! 

Our apothiki sage was distilled in a traditional Portuguese alembic copper distiller to create a beautiful, highly aromatic sage hydrosol.

Sage is a powerful herb used by many cultures for both health benefits and spiritual purposes.

- Use topically as a balancing, astringent toner for face or scalp-ideal for combination skin

- Spritz liberally as a grounding, yet uplifting aromatherapy spray-ideal for focus and grounding before yoga, meditation or creative work

- Spritz liberally to symbolically cleanse the energy in your physical space

- Use topically as a cooling spray to relieve hot flashes

- Sip 1-2 tsp, or add to warm water to help ease symptoms of PMS like bloating and water retention
