Slippery Elm Powder - Ulmus rubra - USA 

Slippery Elm can be applied topically, infused into skin care products or used in a drink that has mucilaginous properties.

Caution: The mucilage effects of Slippery Elm may slow the absorption of orally administered drugs. 

Instructions: Traditional use suggests a dosage of 1-3 tsp into 250ml of water up to 3 times a day. Slippery Elm should be taken with at least 1 cup of liquid.
