Plump and flavourful canned smoked mussels from Saltspring Island in the Salish Sea.

We get our mussels from the pristine waters off of Saltspring Island. They are then brined and smoked in our smokehouse. Once smoked they are hand packed and canned.

Use: These smoked mussels are ready to eat right out of the can and are a convenient addition to any meal: serve on crackers or cucumber slices for an easy appetizer plate; use as a topping for bruschetta or homemade pizza; or add into your favourite seafood pasta dish.

Ingredients: Mussels, Mussel nectar, Golden yellow sugar, Sea salt, Natural hardwood smoke.
