Sprouted Almond: Raw Organic - Light Cellar

Story:

Stone-ground in small batches in BC, these almonds are soaked for 24hrs, dried and slowly stone-ground to keep from excessive heating. This process creates an extra smooth, luxuriously delicious almond butter with so little bitterness it is almost sweet.

Instructions:

Drizzle on anything or eat straight from the jar. Almonds are members of the rose family and are referred to as 'queen of the rose family’. In Greek mythology the almond is associated with wisdom. Oil separation occurs naturally. Keep refrigerated.
