Emblica officinalis,Terminalia bellirica, and Terminalia chebula

Triphala is made up of two words, "tri" and "phala" which means three fruits. Triphala has a long ancient history in Ayurvedic medicine and has been recorded in the oldest chapter of the Sushruta Samhita, a classical Ayurvedic text.

Instructions: Take 1/2-2 tsp once or twice per day.
