In this experiential workshop, herbalist and educator Yarrow Willard (The Herbal Jedi) invites you to reconnect with the living world and awaken the healer that already resides within you.
Drawing from Western herbalism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, ecological observation, and wisdom traditions from around the world, we'll explore practical ways of understanding health through nature's patterns and how learning to listen to or bodies and the natural world around us can transform the way we live.
Together we'll explore:
- How to begin building a direct relationship with plants as teachers and allies.
- Seasonal rhythms and how they influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
- Energetic mapping systems from different healing traditions and the universal patterns they share.
- The intelligence of ecosystems, from the Wood Wide Web beneath our feet to the cellular wisdom within our own biome and body.
- Simple practices for cultivating reciprocity, resilience, and a deeper sense of belonging with the living Earth.
What you’ll experience:
This workshop isn't about becoming a herbalist.
It's about remembering how to be a human being in relationship with the living world.
When we stop trying to master nature and begin participating in it, healing shifts from something we seek to something we cultivate. We discover that the healer has never been outside of us, it has always been woven into our breath, our bodies, our communities, and the Earth itself.
Come curious. Leave with practical tools, a fresh perspective, and perhaps most importantly, the remembrance that you are not separate from nature, you are one of its many beautiful expressions.
