Our ferments are only ever made by hand from seasonal, high-quality locally grown produce, and is cultured to contain living, beneficial, symbiotic, probiotic organisms and is never pasteurized... We produce an ever-changing variety of ferments including sauerkraut, hot sauce, pickles, as well as probiotic sodas using water kefir and ginger bug cultures.
