RETURN POLICY FOR CLASSES
All classes are non-refundable. Credit will not be issued.
If you find you are unable to attend a class:
- Gift a Friend. We invite you to gift your space to someone who you feel would benefit from the experience. To be eligible for this transfer, we require the name and email of this person 24hrs BEFORE the class.
- Transfer to Another Class. You are able to transfer to:
- the SAME class offered within the SAME Class Term if offered
- another class of the SAME value within the SAME Class Term (no exceptions)
To be eligible for this transfer, we require this to be done 24hrs BEFORE the class.

All events are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS
Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of original purchase on unopened, sealed and undamaged items only*. Opened or unsealed items cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on bulk foods and herbs (TLC labelled products), on dry skin brushes nor on Living Libations skin care products due to health code regulations and the consumable nature of the products.
Exchanges will be made only for products that are spoiled* and are returned within 2 weeks from the original purchase date. If we do not have a suitable replacement for exchange, a credit will be applied to your account.
We can only accept returns on Earthing products that are unopened and unused.
*Contents must be deemed properly handled/stored by the Manager.
